This experience has shaped his approach to food, creating dishes that celebrate the beauty and bounty of nature.

With over 15 years of foraging expertise, Alex crafts menus that highlight the richness of the wild, using game, wild plants, and fermentation to produce extraordinary flavors. His work is about more than cooking - it’s about helping others rediscover the joy of nature-inspired meals.
