Shipping policy
At EatWild®, we take pride in getting your order out swiftly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your items will be shipped, whether you're in the UK or abroad:
Books:
We aim to dispatch all book orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service for secure and reliable delivery.
Merchandise (T-Shirts, Cloth Bags, etc.):
Merchandise items are printed to order especially for you, so they may take a little longer to ship. Please allow 3–7 working days for production, plus delivery time. (Often it's quicker!)
These items are also sent via Royal Mail Tracked service, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.
🌍 International Shipping
We happily ship worldwide! All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service, which includes:
- Fully tracked to delivery point
- Online delivery confirmation
Delivery Aims:
Europe: 3–5 working days
Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg: 3–4 working days
Rest of World: 5–7 working days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processes or local courier services in your country.
💼 Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For all international orders:
Customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be applied by your country’s customs office and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
EatWild® is not liable for any customs fees, delays, or refusal of parcels due to unpaid charges.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand how these fees might affect you.
