As a research herbalist, ethnobotanist, and co-founder of EatWild®, Mo brings decades of hands-on foraging experience and scientific insight to the forefront of the wild food movement.

Mo’s dedication to wild food goes far beyond theory - she spent an entire year living solely on a wild food diet, a transformative journey detailed in her acclaimed book, The Wilderness Cure. She has been teaching foraging since 2007, blending practical skills with deep knowledge of medicinal plants, fungi, and seaweeds, inspiring people to reconnect with nature.
