Caitlin is the driving force behind the day-to-day magic of the EatWild App, ensuring every user’s experience is seamless, inspiring, and packed with the wild food wisdom they need. She oversees the app's functionality, content, and community, making sure it empowers people to embrace wild food, natural health, and sustainability in their everyday lives.
Beyond her work with the app, Caitlin is also the Project Coordinator for The Wildbiome® Project, a pioneering study exploring how wild food diets can restore biodiversity in the human microbiome. Her expertise in both operations and natural health makes her uniquely equipped to connect groundbreaking research with real-world tools that help people live healthier, more sustainable lives.
As Scotland’s first certified Forest Therapy Guide and the founder of Forest Therapy Scotland, Caitlin has been sharing the magic of nature’s healing power since 2017. She’s been featured on BBC Radio Scotland, BBC1’s Landward, and in publications like The Herald and The Guardian, shining a spotlight on the transformative practice of Forest Bathing and the importance of nature connection.
